Description

You will lead the end-to-end delivery and operational lifecycle of enterprise applications and contact center solutions in Sheffield.

Responsibilities

• Own product accountability, identifying technology solutions that meet customer journey requirements.
• Manage multiple related projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and program goals.
• Collaborate with Dev, Ops, and Test engineers to address performance, alerting, and design issues during release cycles.
• Drive the automation of CI/CD pipelines within DevOps teams to foster continuous improvement.
• Liaise between engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to define product direction and prepare delivery plans.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience delivering Contact Center applications or large-scale global cloud-based solutions.
• Strong background in DevOps practices and managing the agile development lifecycle.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Clarity for program delivery and reporting.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure, network, and cloud networking.
• Experience with 3rd party application integration and enterprise application deployment.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and complex project management.
• Ability to manage day-to-day project activities, resources, and team meetings with minimum supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile methodology and ITIL frameworks.
• Experience with risk-based decision-making and escalation processes.
