Description

Manage technical workstreams and AI/ML lifecycles to ensure high-quality delivery across global teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple parallel workstreams and manage task lifecycles from planning through retrospectives.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups across global time zones to maintain visibility and accountability.
• Collaborate with data engineers, AI/ML scientists, and analysts to translate business goals into actionable technical plans.
• Track progress using Agile or hybrid methodologies, resolving dependencies and escalating blockers.
• Analyze technical architecture and business domains to identify risks and support informed decision-making.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-track projects.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, data architecture, and analytics platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Tableau.
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, model lifecycles, and experimentation frameworks.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working with cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
• Ability to create executive-level dashboards and Tableau reports.

Preferred Skills

• Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certifications.
• Exposure to cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure and modern DevOps practices.
