Description

You will drive technical sales and post-sales support across India, SAARC, and the Middle East, focusing on Telco and ISP clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase technical features and benefits to prospective clients.
• Design customized solutions and prepare detailed proposals that align with specific customer requirements.
• Execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) and provide consultative technical guidance to help sales teams meet targets.
• Manage post-sales technical inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain customer relationships.
• Liaise with product development teams to communicate user behavior, client requirements, and industry trends.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a technical presales or similar role.
• Strong networking and security background with knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, or Nokia IP nodes.
• Experience working with Telco or ISP customer profiles.
• Ability to perform regional travel (approximately 40%).
• Proven problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to research industry developments and perform competitive analysis.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, or JNCIP certifications.
