Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Build scalable backend services and REST APIs using C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET, and Web API.
• Develop secure, high-performance enterprise applications supporting mission-critical business workflows.
• Create reusable UI components, shared libraries, and design systems.

Cloud & Platform Engineering

• Design, build, and maintain cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Implement secure deployment architectures, identity management, networking, and cloud operations.
• Build highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant cloud services.
• Implement monitoring and observability using:
  • Azure Application Insights
  • OpenTelemetry
  • Distributed Tracing
  • Structured Logging
  • Monitoring & Alerting

Architecture & Integration

• Design scalable enterprise architectures and integration solutions.
• Build RESTful APIs and event-driven applications.
• Develop microservices and micro-frontend architectures.
• Work with:
  • Next.js App Router
  • Next.js Zones
  • Webpack Module Federation
  • Nx/Turborepo Monorepos
• Define enterprise integration patterns supporting cross-platform interoperability.

AI & Modern Development

• Design and develop AI-enabled applications and workflows.
• Implement:
  • Prompt Engineering
  • LLM API Integrations
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • AI-powered business workflows
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude Code, or similar coding assistants.
• Apply AI-driven and spec-based development methodologies.

Security & Compliance

• Implement secure software development practices for enterprise environments.
• Design solutions using:
  • OAuth 2.0
  • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Data Encryption
  • Privacy & Audit Controls
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and governance requirements.

Leadership

• Mentor developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product, business, implementation, and cross-functional teams.
• Drive engineering excellence across development, testing, deployment, and operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in:
  • React.js
  • Next.js
  • TypeScript
  • JavaScript
• Strong backend experience with:
  • C#
  • ASP.NET Core
  • .NET
  • Web API
  • MVC
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Strong understanding of:

  • Distributed Systems
  • Security Architecture
  • Performance Optimization
• Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of secure SDLC and software architecture principles.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and integrating AI capabilities into production applications
