You bridge the gap between business units and IT service providers, translating business needs into functional specifications and IT-based solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze enterprise issues and propose IT solutions to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Document business, user, and functional requirements to ensure system designs meet stakeholder needs.
• Manage application incidents and software problems requiring code or operational modifications.
• Coordinate system go-live schedules and ensure knowledge transfer to support organizations.
• Develop and update technical documentation, training materials, and ensure IT and SOX compliance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business and technology analysis.
• Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Proficiency with Jira or Agility/Version One.
• Strong ability to communicate incident status and clarify complex issues with business partners.
• Ability to manage technical documentation and training materials.
• Experience in bridging the gap between business processes and technical specifications.
