You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation by modeling holistic solutions and defining system specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Investigate business problems to specify required changes in processes, technology, and organizational structures.
• Define and document functional and non-functional requirements for software development and QA teams.
• Lead the documentation and modeling of end-to-end solutions across related disciplines.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage meetings across various levels of seniority.
• Support business case development by analyzing costs, benefits, risks, and impacts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Technical Product Engineer, Business Analyst, or in a related role.
• Proficiency in investigating, analyzing, modeling, and documenting complex business systems.
• Strong ability to lead technical discussions and document requirements effectively.
• Experience in stakeholder management and adapting engagement styles to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in using tools to record and map information structures within an organization.
• Experience preparing business cases and presenting requirements both verbally and in writing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills aligned with strategic objectives.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience working within airline technology environments.
