You will lead product development and strategy for complex data, analytics, technology, and software products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Model business processes using various tools and techniques.
• Translate complex subjects into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Develop models for future workflow tools to mature current business architecture.
• Document and communicate value generated from new capabilities and processes.
• Provide weekly updates on product status to leadership.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in senior Business Analysis, Business Architecture, or Solutions Architecture roles.
• Direct experience within the Credit Risk Business domain.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with enterprise architecture modeling tools.
• Familiarity with C#, .NET, and SQL.
• Ability to visualize growth and build analytical models.
• Experience in business process modeling (e.g., using UML).
• Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders to communicate technical concepts to the business side.
