Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of middle office platform products and services, acting as the primary subject matter expert and single point of contact.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive product development through requirement gathering, technical solutioning, and dependency resolution.
• Define end-to-end process and data flow diagrams using process flow tools.
• Write detailed user stories with comprehensive acceptance criteria in JIRA for development and testing teams.
• Identify and remove project obstacles to maintain team velocity.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of business analysis or technical product management experience in brokerage or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in product development or product management.
• Deep knowledge of brokerage functions including client onboarding, margin, lending, asset servicing, and portfolio value calculation.
• Strong data analysis and data modeling skills using SQL and Excel.
• Expertise in Agile (Scrum) methodologies and participating in Agile ceremonies.
• Experience with JIRA for requirement management.
• Deep understanding of financial markets and financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
