Description

You will manage the full product lifecycle for technical products and platforms from ideation through launch and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap by aligning business goals with technical feasibility and customer requirements.
• Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define requirements and ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Act as a technical liaison between engineering, product, and business stakeholders using knowledge of systems architecture, APIs, and integrations.
• Define KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and guide development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or a related role.
• Experience in large enterprise environments with exposure to large-scale systems or telecommunications infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Proven ability to work directly with engineering teams and communicate technical concepts.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Tableau.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in telecom, 5G, IoT, network infrastructure, or enterprise software.
• Background in DevOps, data platforms, or customer-facing APIs.
• Experience modernizing legacy systems or platforms at scale.
