You will bridge business workflows with technical engineering execution, translating business needs into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder discussions and requirement gathering to define project scope.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, security teams, and DBAs to align technical solutions.
• Evaluate APIs, integrations, and enterprise platforms for technical feasibility and fit.
• Drive IT governance, compliance, and documentation standards across projects.
• Improve IT project intake and prioritization processes to enhance delivery efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management or Technical Program Management.
• Strong background in Data Pipelines and System Integrations.
• Experience with GIS or Spatial Data Systems.
• Proficiency with Cloud Platforms, specifically Azure and AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Platforms, particularly ServiceNow.
• Proven ability in Vendor and Contractor Management.
• Excellent technical documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Government Agency, Enterprise IT, or Transportation Technology sectors.
• Background in managing outsourced software development teams.
