Description

You will own the product lifecycle for enterprise IT and transportation technology solutions, translating business needs into technical specifications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to analyze user needs and transform business requests into prioritized product backlogs.
• Translate complex business processes into technical specifications, system architecture maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and security teams to evaluate technical feasibility and mitigate risks.
• Ensure product features conform to IT governance frameworks, state agency security protocols, and federal compliance standards.
• Establish documentation protocols and maintain guidelines for project intake, evaluation, and prioritization.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of product management or technical program management experience.
• Experience within government agencies, enterprise IT, or transportation technology ecosystems.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirement engineering capabilities.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS) and enterprise service platforms (ServiceNow).
• Understanding of data pipelines, GIS/spatial data systems, and API integration.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience overseeing outsourced or contractor-led software development efforts.
• Knowledge of buy-vs-build strategies for software capabilities.
