Description

You will define, plan, and coordinate product requirements that meet customer needs and quality objectives for platform services.

Responsibilities

• Lead development priorities for cross-functional delivery teams and manage the product backlog.
• Coordinate product development activities, including functional requirements, end-to-end validation, and compliance documentation.
• Work closely with engineering teams and architects to define technical solutions and align application requirements with platform capabilities.
• Define system requirements and manage product lifecycle from conception through release.
• Build cooperative relationships with global teams, customers, and business partners to drive product satisfaction.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of job-related experience, including 4+ years in product development processes and lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated experience managing Platform Services to build customer-facing products.
• Knowledge of AWS, platform engineering concepts (microservices, APIs, authentication, observability), and cloud foundations.
• Experience with platform products such as API gateway, Identity & access management, Logging & monitoring, Kubernetes, and messaging/streaming (Kafka, MQTT).
• Ability to read and understand system design diagrams, integration flows, and data models.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, deployment workflows, and service-level concepts (SLAs, SLOs, SLIs, latency, throughput).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technologies, or Computer Science.
