Description

You will define, plan, and coordinate product requirements for platform services, managing the full lifecycle from conception through release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development priorities for cross-functional teams and manage the product backlog.
• Coordinate functional requirements, end-to-end validation, and compliance documentation.
• Work with engineering and architects to define technical solutions aligned with platform capabilities.
• Build relationships with global teams and customers to drive product satisfaction.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of job-related experience, including 4+ years in product development processes.
• Experience managing Platform Services to build customer-facing products.
• Knowledge of AWS, microservices, APIs, authentication, observability, and cloud foundations.
• Experience with API gateways, Identity & access management, logging, Kubernetes, Kafka, and MQTT.
• Ability to read system design diagrams, integration flows, and data models.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and service-level concepts (SLAs, SLOs, SLIs).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technologies, or Computer Science.
