You will define and drive the strategy for customer-facing digital and voice solutions, bridging the gap between technical distributed systems and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for microservices and cloud-based architectures.
• Facilitate stakeholder dialogues to synthesize perspectives and align the scrum team on priorities.
• Analyze proposed enhancements to ensure alignment with strategic goals and manage trade-offs.
• Prioritize customer feedback to directly influence user satisfaction and product roadmap decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Lead, Solution Lead, or Technical Product Manager.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing, and microservices architectures.
• Experience with customer-facing digital or voice solutions, specifically conversational IVR or chatbot platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, table structure, and data relationships.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Skilled in negotiation to align diverse stakeholders and communicate synthesized perspectives.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
