Description

Own the product vision, strategy, and P&L for a unified billing platform in the B2B subscription or financial services space. You will define roadmaps, manage MVPs, and drive technical requirements from conception through release.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to define product strategy and align with organizational digital goals.
• Develop business cases, pricing models, and revenue strategies while maintaining product P&L ownership.
• Define and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and timelines for MVPs and MLPs.
• Collaborate with developers, tech leads, and security teams to review technical specifications, APIs, and system architecture.
• Review and approve user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring seamless integration and UAT readiness.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Product or Delivery Manager.
• Direct experience with recurring billing, invoicing, and payment systems, preferably in B2B subscriptions or financial services.
• Proficiency in Agile Software Development, including backlog management and iterative delivery cycles.
• Strong capability in translating complex organizational goals into clear, actionable business and technical requirements.
• Data Analysis skills to identify trends, measure success metrics, and drive evidence-based prioritization.
• Experience defining non-functional requirements and bridging business needs with engineering constraints.
• Ability to synthesize user feedback and customer insights to reduce payment friction and improve satisfaction.
• Direct experience with customer research and in-person feedback loops.

Preferred Skills

• Background in creating comprehensive feature documentation, user training materials, and tutorials.
