Description

You will lead product strategy and roadmap execution for Salesforce-based applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmaps for Salesforce implementations.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements to drive project delivery.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.
• Manage product backlogs, sprints, and Jira boards to deliver incremental value.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, specifically Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proven track record managing Salesforce implementation projects.
• Strong proficiency in Jira Software for project management and issue tracking.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum methodology and leading Scrum ceremonies.
• Knowledge of Salesforce customization, configuration, and administration.
• Understanding of Salesforce data modeling, architecture, and integration processes.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working as a Salesforce Administrator.
