Description

Lead Salesforce product strategy and roadmap execution within an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmaps for Salesforce applications.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements to drive implementations.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver incremental value.
• Manage backlogs, sprints, and Jira boards within two-week deployment cycles.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce, specifically Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proven experience managing Salesforce implementations and working with admins.
• Strong proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for project management and issue tracking.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Understanding of Salesforce data modeling, architecture, and integration processes.
• Experience managing the full product development lifecycle for Salesforce solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Experience with Community Cloud.
