JOB SUMMARY: Technical Product Manager responsible for driving both product strategy and technical architecture for web and digital platforms. The role combines hands-on architectural design with product ownership, focusing on building scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions while managing roadmaps, stakeholders, and end-to-end delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design scalable web architectures including APIs, integrations, and data flows
• Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with business objectives
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and product strategies
• Provide technical leadership and oversee development lifecycle and delivery
• Ensure compliance with security standards and governance frameworks

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management and technical leadership
• Strong experience in web architecture and digital platform development
• Hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience with scalability, performance, and security best practices

PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Experience with Drupal and headless CMS architecture
• Knowledge of Digital Experience Platforms (DXP)
• Experience with GDPR, HIPAA, and security compliance

GOOD TO HAVE:
• Experience with web performance optimization
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Experience mentoring and leading development teams
