Description

You will lead product strategy and roadmap execution for brand experiences within the Conversational AI space.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop product vision and strategy for Conversational AI brand experiences aligned with market trends.
• Prioritize feature requests and enhancements using customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Maintain a detailed product roadmap outlining milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing to ensure roadmap execution and cross-functional alignment.
• Define KPIs and use data-driven insights to measure product success and optimize performance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in product management with a track record of launching and managing SaaS products or platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
• Proven ability to execute product strategy and drive roadmap planning in agile environments.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers to validate ideas and translate pain points into improvements.
• Ability to lead meetings with executive-level leadership from customer organizations.
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategy execution.

Preferred Skills

• MBA degree.
• Experience building customer engagement platforms or products in the digital messaging space.
