Partner closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to design scalable, secure, API-first products and integration capabilities.
Define and improve the developer experience through documentation, developer portals, sample applications, implementation guides, reference solutions, and technical playbooks.
Develop enterprise integration frameworks using REST APIs, GraphQL, event-driven architectures, authentication protocols, cloud-native services, and third-party platforms.
Drive SDK and API capabilities supporting programmatic network management, activation workflows, lifecycle management, bulk operations, and multi-region or multi-site deployments.

Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Security, Compliance, Architecture, Customer Success, Sales, Commerce, and Operations.
Lead technical requirements gathering, feature prioritization, user stories, release planning, dependency management, risk identification, and launch readiness.
Establish and monitor KPIs related to API utilization, SDK adoption, activation, onboarding success, reliability, customer satisfaction, and overall product growth.
Analyze customer feedback, failed activations, integration challenges, support escalations, and documentation gaps to guide roadmap decisions.
Ensure SDK and API solutions meet enterprise security requirements, including authentication, authorization, identity management, role-based access control, auditability, and data protection.
Prepare clear product requirements, business cases, technical summaries, roadmap updates, release plans, and executive-level communications.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
5+ years of Product Management experience within a technical environment.
Proven experience managing SDKs, APIs, developer platforms, integration products, developer tools, or enterprise software solutions.
Strong understanding of modern software architecture, cloud technologies, API design, and enterprise integration patterns.
