Description

You lead the development of the Product Vision at the Family level, driving business value and improving customer experience while managing dependencies across the Product Family and with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management daily.
• Work in workscreams focused on core customer success domains like service operations, disaster recovery, and observability.
• Capture requirements and user stories for product features.
• Manage technical program elements with a product focus.
• Align strategically with product owners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical capacity.
• Experience in the Financial Industry or with DATA DOG/NEW RELIC Monitoring, Logging and Alerting (MLA) tools.
• Deep knowledge of the SDLC, from ideation through execution.
• Proficiency with Jira for requirement tracking.
• Experience with Risk Management and Cybersecurity practices.
• Ability to capture requirements and write user stories.
• Familiarity with observability integration, specifically DATA DOG/NEW RELIC merging.
• Experience managing technical and non-technical stakeholders.
