You lead the Product Vision, drive business value, and manage cross-functional dependencies to improve customer experience.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management daily.
• Work in workscreams focused on core customer success domains like service operations, disaster recovery, and observability.
• Capture requirements and write user stories for product features.
• Manage technical program elements with a product focus and align strategically with product owners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical capacity.
• Deep knowledge of the SDLC, from ideation through execution.
• Proficiency with Jira for requirement tracking.
• Experience with Risk Management and Cybersecurity practices.
• Experience in the Financial Industry.
• Familiarity with observability integration, specifically DATA DOG or NEW RELIC merging.
• Experience managing technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DATA DOG/NEW RELIC Monitoring, Logging and Alerting (MLA) tools.
