Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap while coordinating cross-functional teams through the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap, outlining milestones and features aligned with strategy.
• Gather and prioritize requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, customers, and development teams.
• Coordinate engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams through the product development and launch lifecycle.
• Advocate for the product vision, resolve conflicts, and address customer feedback.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably with a software development or technical background.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and SCRUM practices.
• Experience with Jira for backlog management and progress tracking.
• Familiarity with SDLC processes and Confluence for documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex situations.
• Technical writing skills and understanding of technical basics.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, developers, and testers.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
