Description

Lead digital product management for deposit account applications within the digital sales team.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own team backlogs and define epics, features, and user stories to drive development goals.
• Translate business needs into detailed acceptance criteria that developers and QA can rely on.
• Coordinate with product, design, and engineering teams to define roadmaps and deliver scalable software solutions.
• Drive agile principles and prioritize new features alongside technical debt reduction and resiliency improvements.
• Assess partnerships, run beta programs, and report on user response to product releases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, or Solutions Architecture.
• Proven background as a software engineer, data engineer, or SDET.
• Strong proficiency with Jira and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to challenge architectural concepts and trade-offs with technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to executives and engineers.
• Graduate degree in any field.
