Lead product strategy and execution by translating complex organizational needs into actionable technical roadmaps.
Responsibilities
Develop cohesive product strategies and roadmaps by distilling problem statements, organizational priorities, and end-user needs.
Define and prioritize epics, stories, and acceptance criteria within Jira to support scrum teams and ceremonies.
Collaborate with development teams to build concepts, proofs of concept, and prototypes.
Manage and update the product backlog while coordinating with other product owners across different timezones.
Communicate with various client organizational levels to gather requirements and align internal teams on product direction.
Required Skills
10+ years of Product Management experience with demonstrated career progression.
CPSO certification.
Experience in at least three of the following: introducing AI to automate processes, workflow diagramming, customized persona-based reporting, real-time notifications, defining user hierarchies, or performance tuning of data extraction/UI/UX design.
Proficiency in Jira for backlog management and story definition.
Ability to perform UI/UX design to support existing workflows.
Experience with performance tuning.
Proven ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and align cross-functional teams.
Ability to adapt to diverse client cultures and processes.
