You will own the strategy and delivery of data products within the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize data products, features, and roadmaps based on banking operations and analytics needs.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to design and enhance scalable data pipelines meeting quality standards.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, managing releases and ensuring version control.
• Ensure all data products adhere to banking industry data security, privacy, and governance standards.
• Monitor data product performance, troubleshoot issues, and collect user feedback for iteration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Product Manager or similar role with a strong technical background.
• Deep understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipeline management.
• Proficiency in Snowflake, Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Extensive knowledge of banking and financial industry data compliance, security, and privacy standards.
• Experience bridging technical and business requirements, translating complex data concepts.
• Familiarity with release management, CI/CD practices, and version control.
• Experience working with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and Business Stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure and Databricks.
• Knowledge of streaming technologies like Apache Kafka.
