Own the product lifecycle for enterprise IT solutions, translating complex business needs into technical specifications and managing stakeholder expectations across engineering and executive teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to analyze user needs and transform vague requests into structured, prioritized product backlogs.
• Translate business processes into technical specifications, system architecture maps, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and security teams to evaluate technical feasibility and mitigate risks.
• Establish documentation protocols for developed solutions and present status updates to stakeholders and management.
• Identify opportunities to optimize IT project intake and prioritization processes using data-driven insights.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of product management or technical program management experience.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, GIS/spatial data systems, or cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS).
• Experience with enterprise service platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks and regulatory compliance standards.
• Ability to evaluate APIs and determine buy-vs-build strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within a government agency, enterprise IT, or transportation technology ecosystem.
• Experience overseeing outsourced or contractor-led software development efforts.
