You own and drive platform-level discovery features, including search, browse, personalization, and omnichannel notifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, feature intent, and roadmap priorities aligned with platform goals.
• Translate complex discovery workflows into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Act as day-to-day product owner for a scrum team, supporting backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Lead features from discovery through production release, measurement, and continuous optimization.
• Perform competitive analysis and market research to inform platform enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably with platform, API, or services-based discovery products.
• Demonstrated success leading large, complex initiatives across multiple systems or technical platforms.
• Strong experience working with large data sets and leveraging analytical tools to inform decisions.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution-level detail, from high-level concepts to delivery-ready requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation to validate outcomes.
• Practical, hands-on experience prioritized over formal certifications.
