Description

You will lead the vision and execution for platform feature releases by bridging technical architecture with business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the working backwards document and product vision for all feature releases.
• Identify gaps and charter new platform capabilities based on research, user studies, and competitive analysis.
• Manage the platform product roadmap and quarterly portfolio input, making necessary trade-off decisions.
• Monitor feature development and review product demos against acceptance criteria to ensure quality.
• Analyze runtime metrics and service performance to inform backlog prioritization and feature requests.

Required Skills

• Experience managing platform product lifecycles and feature prioritization.
• Ability to understand application/service architecture, interfaces, and data flows.
• Competency in performing competitive reviews and test-and-learn experiments.
• Skill in using runtime metrics and user research to drive product decisions.
• Strong technical communication skills to engage with TPMs, SDES, and SPMs.
• Experience improving team processes to accelerate delivery and lower costs.
• Background working with technical stacks, dependencies, and runtime operations.

Preferred Skills

• CSPO certification.
• TPM and SDE interaction experience.
