Description

You will lead the delivery and support of a digital experience vision and roadmap focused on money movement capabilities, including deposits, transfers, and payments.

Responsibilities

• Define digital capabilities and experiences by collaborating with stakeholders to align with enterprise strategies.
• Execute the Digital Move Money Experience roadmap from initial concept through user research, co-creation, and rapid prototyping.
• Partner with architects, UX design, scrum masters, and delivery managers to facilitate solution execution.
• Manage product artifacts including roadmaps, feature gap analyses, and journey maps.
• Conduct data analysis and customer research to drive discovery and identify core problems.
• Monitor cross-departmental communication regarding product prioritization and key metric performance.
• Articulate trade-offs between customer experience KPIs and risk-related KRIs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Extensive experience in digital product development within an Agile environment.
• Proven track record in program development and strategic analysis within matrixed environments.
• Experience managing product lifecycles through UX design and architectural collaboration.
• Strong financial and competitive analysis skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to communicate complex product strategies to peers and leadership.

• Strong PowerPoint skills.
• Deep knowledge of financial services or direct-to-consumer industries.
