You will manage product planning and development by bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution.
Responsibilities
Translate customer experience needs into technical requirements, functional specifications, and data flows.
Define and manage non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, resilience, usability, accessibility, security, and business continuity.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and designers to resolve technical blocking issues and manage dependencies.
Establish and analyze KPIs, product health metrics, and dashboard requirements to measure feature success post-deployment.
Prioritize product backlogs and roadmap items using iterative, agile development practices.
Required Skills
4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
4+ years of experience working on technology teams to deliver complex web or mobile products.
4+ years of experience using analytics and optimization tools to drive product planning.
Hands-on experience with roadmap development, writing user stories, and backlog refinement.
Proven ability to work with API Integration, JSON, and web service technologies.
Experience managing technical tradeoffs, constraints, and feature sizing within cross-functional teams.
Expertise in Product Management and Product Owner roles.
Ability to coordinate conflicting requirements across diverse stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Skills
Experience with both web and mobile product delivery.
