Description

You will own the definition and delivery of mobile and web components for satellite terminal management and troubleshooting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and requirements for mobile and web features.
• Manage the product roadmap by gathering input from customers, business teams, and technical stakeholders.
• Act as the single-threaded owner for eCommerce and Order-to-Cash (OTC) workflows.
• Drive feature release execution while ensuring backward compatibility and minimal disruption.
• Track and analyze KPIs to measure feature performance and guide product improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical product management.
• Direct experience managing eCommerce and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
• Proven track record managing mobile and web application lifecycles.
• Experience with user experience (UX) design principles and system integrations.
• Ability to manage technical trade-offs and align them with customer value.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience overseeing compliance with security, legal, and privacy requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
