Description

You own the lifecycle of complex data platform projects from initial concept through to production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead multiple data platform projects simultaneously through deployment.
• Capture business requirements across Accounting, FP&A, Cashflow, Tax, Treasury, and insurance domains by partnering with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project artifacts, including user stories, API specifications, process flows, and RBAC requirements.
• Drive engineering and QA through the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile ceremonies.
• Manage project governance, tracking schedules, risks, dependencies, and providing executive reporting.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or Business Analyst in financial services/fintech.
• Deep domain expertise in financial services, including Accounting, FP&A, Cashflow, and regulatory reporting.
• Proven experience crafting detailed user stories and API specifications for data/AI products.
• Practitioner-level mastery of product ownership frameworks, Agile/Scrum, and SDLC.
• Demonstrated success productizing technical concepts into revenue-generating or cost-saving offerings.
• Exceptional analytical skills, capable of translating ambiguous business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Proven project management and group facilitation skills.
• Experience with insurance domains (policies, claims, pricing, reserves) is highly preferred.
