You own the technical execution of product features, translating business needs into detailed requirements and ensuring system scalability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and product needs into technical requirements, collaborating with engineers, architects, and QA.
• Analyze system constraints and data flows to balance sprint velocity with technical debt reduction.
• Assess technical feasibility, identify risks, and document trade-offs to maintain delivery schedules.
• Refine agile processes to close process gaps and improve team efficiency.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and compliance teams to align product demos and training with regulatory controls.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of Product Owner or Product Management experience in cloud-based or SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of data structures, data analytics, and AI concepts.
• Experience operating independently with limited oversight on complex assignments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams including Technology, Sales, Finance, and Legal.
• Bachelor’s degree in analytics or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of IT compliance standards and emerging technology trends.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud certification (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with pragmatic marketing frameworks, Lean product management, and Agile methodologies.
