Drive product definition and delivery by bridging business needs with technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer experience needs into technical requirements, functional specifications, and data flows.
• Define and manage non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, resilience, security, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and designers to manage product planning and resolve technical blocking issues.
• Establish and analyze KPIs, product health metrics, and dashboard requirements to measure feature success.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize conflicting requirements, and document technical tradeoffs and dependencies.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• 4+ years of experience working on technology teams to deliver complex web or mobile products.
• 4+ years of experience using analytics and optimization tools to inform product prioritization.
• Hands-on experience developing roadmaps, writing user stories, and refining backlogs.
• Proficiency with API integration and JSON.
• Experience with web service technologies.
• Practical knowledge of iterative, agile development processes.
• Ability to perform feature validation against business goals and acceptance criteria.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification or experience.
