Description

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, translating business needs into functional requirements and driving development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into actionable product requirements, features, and functionality.
• Drive the design and development of end-to-end products, workflows, and integration strategies.
• Define and track product OKRs to measure success and outcomes.
• Monitor capital budgets at the feature and scrum team level.
• Develop user personas and map customer journeys to guide product direction.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience translating business needs into product requirements and functionality.
• 2+ years of direct product ownership or product management experience.
• 3+ years of experience working within agile or scaled agile development environments.
• Proficiency with product management tools including AHA!, Rally, and GitHub.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of software development concepts to collaborate with architects and developers.
• Experience managing product lifecycles and integration approaches.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
