Description

You will drive the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for multiple products and technical initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and stakeholders to define and deliver product roadmaps.
• Partner with SharePoint, PowerApps, and Dynamics 365 teams to design and implement solutions.
• Define clear product requirements, prioritize backlogs, and manage sprints in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Serve as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and timelines.
• Leverage data-driven insights to optimize product performance and improve user experience.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Product Management.
• Deep expertise in the full-stack Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong working knowledge of SharePoint, PowerApps, and Dynamics 365 ecosystems.
• Proven ability to lead Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI/ML technologies and their application within product ecosystems.
• Experience with data-driven product optimization strategies.
