You will manage the product lifecycle for a SaaS product, bridging high-level requirements with actionable technical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRD) to guide development.
• Break down complex, high-level requirements into actionable tasks for engineering teams.
• Coordinate across different teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Apply data-driven optimization techniques to improve product performance.
• Design product interactions with a focus on user experience and detail.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of progressive experience in IT.
• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Owner for a SaaS product.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce is essential.
• At least one active Salesforce certification.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, features, and release updates.
• Strong data analysis and data-driven product optimization skills.
• Proven product design and interaction design capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience working in cross-cultural environments.
