Description

You will provide functional leadership for two squads acting as the Product Owner for a global platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog, leading refinement, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with technical teams to manage dependencies, order deliverables, and identify non-functional infrastructure requirements.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies and work with QA to identify test cases for automated testing.
• Manage the change request (CR) process, including ticket creation, stakeholder approval, and attending Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
• Mitigate impediments to ensure teams meet release and sprint goals while providing status updates and recommendations to product leadership.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner managing backlogs and requirements for Agile delivery teams.
• 2+ years of experience as a software developer or QA Automation engineer with knowledge of at least one programming language.
• Proven experience delivering products using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Deep understanding of web service technologies and user interface/interaction.
• Experience developing Product & Technology Roadmaps by influencing business and technology partners.
• Ability to manage requirements and dependencies in a global setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remove technical and process roadblocks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with public cloud platforms including GCP, AWS, or Azure.
