Description

You will own the product roadmap, sprint execution, and end-to-end delivery for airline technology products.

Responsibilities

  • Translate product vision into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional design documents.
  • Manage sprint backlogs, coordinate daily stand-ups, and facilitate retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps and prioritize features based on business value.
  • Partner with engineering, QA, and DevOps to remove blockers and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Define go-to-market plans and track post-launch product performance metrics.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in a Technical Product Owner or Scrum Master role.
  • Deep understanding of AWS services and technical engineering concepts.
  • Strong ability to analyze requirements and translate complex technical details for business partners.
  • Proficiency in Scrum frameworks, including backlog refinement and definition of done.
  • Experience collaborating with Business SMEs, Architects, and QA teams.
  • Proven track record of managing product lifecycles in Agile environments.
  • Excellent communication skills to align engineering squads with executive stakeholders.
