Description

You will lead enterprise digital initiatives and software development projects as a technical product leader.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product backlog through continuous refinement and prioritization.
• Write detailed user stories and define functional requirements for digital platforms.
• Drive iterative development and frequent delivery cycles using continuous feedback loops.
• Participate in scaled agile ceremonies, including PI planning and ART sync meetings.
• Oversee data interchange across customer journeys via API Management platforms.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development, enterprise digital initiatives, or IT project leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems, specifically Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Deep understanding of enterprise platforms including CRM, ERP, and PIM systems.
• Practical experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Proven expertise in scaled agile environments and SAFe principles.
• Knowledge of business processes in Commerce, Marketing Automation, Content Strategy, and Personalization.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe PMPO or CSPO certifications.
• Proficiency with the Jira and Confluence toolsets.
