Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical scope and effort estimates.
• Drive requirement gathering and backlog refinement processes.
• Collaborate directly with developers to ensure technical alignment.
• Manage conflict resolution and problem-solving within the development cycle.
• Organize workflows to maintain delivery momentum.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a Technical Product Owner or Scrum Master role.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, including user stories, definition of done, and automated testing.
• Practical experience with Agile frameworks.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills for technical and business stakeholder management.
• Proven servant leadership and organizational abilities.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification.
