Manage product backlogs and facilitate agile delivery within a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage backlog refinement and ensure high-quality user stories.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote servant leadership principles.
• Lead conflict resolution and problem-solving sessions within the team.
• Apply Scrum techniques, including the definition of done and automated testing.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Technical Product Owner role.
• Deep understanding of Scrum techniques and artifacts.
• Experience with various Agile frameworks.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and PMP principles.
• Working knowledge of software development processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a similar field.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification.
