Description

You will bridge the gap between product vision and technical execution within a Scrum or Kanban environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate product visions into Epics and Stories, covering user interaction, system integration, and API-level details.
• Partner with Product Owners to prioritize release and sprint backlogs, ensuring continuous delivery of maximum value.
• Identify technical requirements for API creation, integrations, and code refactoring to create adequate technical stories.
• Lead story grooming, requirements clarification, and iteration planning sessions.
• Lead root cause analysis of production issues using console errors and other data to identify preventative resolutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Technical Product Owner role.
• Extensive experience defining agile requirements, including functional and technical Epics and stories.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum techniques, artifacts, and agile metrics such as velocity and burn downs.
• Experience working with AWS services including S3, Lambda, and API Gateway.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems and cloud operating models.
• Proven ability to manage backlogs, perform root cause analysis, and negotiate priorities with business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and automated testing.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master or Product Owner certification.
