Description

Act as Technical Product Owner and Scrum Master for airline project teams, owning the backlog and facilitating Agile delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and user needs into detailed technical and user backlog stories.
• Document functional requirements, process flows, and data requirements to ensure system designs meet business outcomes.
• Analyze enterprise issues and propose IT-driven solutions to meet desired business goals.
• Mitigate impediments to ensure the team meets Release Sprint Goals.
• Coach the Scrum Team on Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in product ownership or technical leadership roles.
• Proficiency in Scrum Master responsibilities and Agile SDLC methodologies.
• Experience with SAFe or similar Agile frameworks.
• Ability to construct program flow charts and document precise processing logic.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
• Expertise in translating user requirements into functional designs across various platforms and technologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex documentation and technical communication.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
