You will bridge the gap between user experience and backend services by writing technical user stories and managing the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Write technical and functional user stories for products involving UI and API backend services.
• Manage the full project lifecycle by interacting with users, customers, portfolios, and vendors.
• Operate in a Scrum Master capacity for projects delivered via a distributed agile model.
• Coordinate work across onsite and offshore team locations.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of overall professional experience.
• 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Product Owner in development projects.
• Experience writing user stories for integrated UI and API backend environments.
• Proficiency with Jira and ServiceNow.
• Direct experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working in distributed agile models with onsite and offshore teams.
• Strong communication skills and a sense of ownership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing product development lifecycles.
