Responsibilities

• Manage the backlog and development workflow using Agile or SAFe methodologies.
• Facilitate sprint planning and daily stand-ups to ensure delivery alignment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate solutions against business needs.
• Document functional details with high accuracy and clarity.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis or product ownership.
• Proven expertise in Scrum Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Strong written communication skills with a focus on structural precision.
• Experience with Jira for ticket management and workflow tracking.
• Ability to articulate complex functional requirements clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
