Technical Product Owner

You drive solution definitions supporting business ideas and product concepts at the team and program level by gathering and translating testable requirements into application software solution requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and requirement workshops with cross-disciplinary teams to elicit business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to drive solutions meeting program objectives and vision.
• Document and maintain requirements, including features and user stories, across product, business, and development teams.
• Refine the program backlog and ensure readiness for Program Increment Planning.
• Prioritize and maintain the team backlog in coordination with the Scrum Master and Delivery Lead.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or Business Analyst in software development projects.
• Expert use of analysis, documentation, and presentation tools like Jira, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven problem-solving skills with strong logical and analytical abilities.
• Strong written skills to convey functional details accurately and precisely describing end-user problems and solutions.
• Ability to learn the healthcare domain quickly.
• Expertise in communicating information and thinking critically.
• Experience with SQL, HTML, XML, and JSON.
• Familiarity with analysis tools such as SQL Developer or Toad.
• Experience in Scrum Agile development.
