Description

You will lead IT product teams to drive technical development and provide product status visibility to Executive Leaders.

You will own the release pipeline and product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and direction to IT product teams and stakeholders across the organization.
• Ensure teams complete projects on schedule and drive continuous product improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure delivery against established product roadmaps.
• Develop the technology roadmap for managed products aligned with overall business goals.
• Own backlog management, iteration planning, and user story elaboration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of previous industry experience, preferably in a business services organization.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager or IT Manager.
• Proven ability to lead critical business systems and applications.
• Experience developing business applications using Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
• Expertise managing all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Willingness to apply Agile processes and principles consistently.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
