Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner.
• Proven background in Banking or Financial Services.
• Direct experience working in Agile development environments.
• Solid product management expertise.
• Demonstrated success in strategic development.
• Strong ability to influence organizational leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
